Rita Riot

Not much is known about the Break Neck Betties Captain Rita Riot's history before she turned up in a New York State reform school at the age of sixteen, after starting a fight in an upscale hotel bar. According to police reports, what started as a simple request for ID by the bartender quickly escalated into a full fledged melee, led by the young Miss Riot on top of the bar throwing full bottles of liquor at the assorted businessmen patrons.

Despite her murky past, what became immediately clear behind bars was that her talent for viscous knockouts could only be surpassed by her ability to organize the meanest girls around into a single minded and brutal gang. She quickly gained a reputation as a particularly ruthless leader and she retaliated violently when challenged.

Within a year of her initial arrest, Rita Riot planned and executed her escape from incarceration. During lunch in the prison cafeteria one day, she began to dance on the tables flaunting her contraband ruffled underpants, and kicking the other inmates' meals onto the floor. While her loyal legion of teenage criminals started a full fledged riot, some out of delight and some out of envy, she quietly slipped on a prison guards uniform and simply walked to freedom. She has since been spotted in the Portland area, but has yet to be re-apprehended.
