The Rose City Rollers (a 501c3) are looking for a Membership Coordinator to oversee our membership management system and support our members’ needs.
Living our league’s core values is a must, as are being creative and resourceful. We celebrate the ability to take the initiative independently while also working collaboratively with staff, members, and volunteers. We’re open to career experience for someone on the earlier side of their career or with significant relevant experience. The exact title and salary will reflect that.
Who are we? Rose City Rollers is an 18-year-old fearless sports organization that prides itself in being body positive and an empowering space for women, girls, and gender-expansive individuals. We are the largest roller derby league globally with 400+ members, ages 7-55+. Members and their families are engaged, they volunteer and can be opinionated, but they do so because they are passionate about derby, its impact, and our community.

Membership Coordinator Job Duties:

Work Schedule: This position is half-time at 20hrs/week. Work is typically done from your home office M-F, with some weekend and evening work. The exact hours are flexible but need to be consistent.
Compensation: $20-24/hourly non-exempt, reviewed annually. Benefits include paid vacation, holiday pay, sick time, a flexible schedule, a monthly tech stipend, and participation in the Oregon Saves retirement savings program. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision.
