Mealprep for the WEEK with Rocket Mean and Mr. Mean

She will walk you through prepping healthy meals for the week, Mean style. Check out the list below for ingredients to have on hand – get ready to be creative and have some FUN!

We’re making a week’s worth of bowls including:
– 3 proteins
– Roasted veggies
– 1 grain
– Raw veggies for bowls and salads

Prep these in advance:
• 3-4 chicken breasts, cubed (1″) – prep by cutting up your chicken
• 1 package extra firm tofu, dried + cubed (1″) – I like to freeze mine the day before – try it

What to have out day of
Proteins:
• Asian Chicken marinade:
– Sesame oil
– Honey
– Ginger root
– Garlic
– Salt + Pepper
• Your favorite flavor Rubbed Chicken
– Packet or jar of premixed, flavored dry seasoning (Taco, Mediterranean, Montreal Chicken, Italian – must have salt in it)
• BBQ Tofu
– Tofu
– 1 jar BBQ sauce
• Veggies:
– 3-4 firm vegetables: Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, Carrots, Sweet potato (choose what you like)

Grains:
– Quinoa or another grain you like that cools in 20 minutes
– Broth

Veggie Toppers:
– Tomato
– Bell peppers (red, yellow or orange)
– Red onion
– whatever you like on your bowl!

Additional Items:
– olive oil
– S&P
– balsamic vinegar
– soy sauce
– spray oil
– foil
– 2 large sheet pans
– 3 mixing bowls
– measuring spoons and cups
– whisk or NutriBullet type blender
– pot
– strainer
– saucepan
