Workout Webinar w/ Coach Marina of The Bay Club!

Join Rose City Rollers and guest coach Marina of The Bay Club for some sweaty, at-home fun!

This installment of our #WorkoutWebinar series will be a Strength Conditioning workout using all the major muscle groups, including your heart! Using descending intervals and 1 weight or jug of ‘something’- we’ll work our way through 40 minutes of heart-pounding fun and end with 15 minutes of deep, restorative stretch.
