Let’s talk about conflict. Chances are, you’ve seen conflict arise in your league. Whether it’s small (like deciding what song to use for your teams intro) or big (like interpersonal issues between skaters). The good news is, conflict is 100% natural – often even inevitable. The better news? It can make for a great learning experience, and grow your team or league even stronger!

With the help of our Accountability Committee, we’ve created a new Community Accountability Process – we sharing it in the hopes that your league might find it helpful, too.
